About Sarah
Having been spontaneously initiated onto the Kundalini Path in 2016, catalysed by yoga and deep breathwork practice, Sarah understands the true meaning of fierce grace and the challenge of having to walk the path of ‘The Modern Mystic’.
Following the descent and subsequent rise of Kundalini, Sarah traversed a profound period of paradigm shifting ego death, the dissolving of boundaries between the seen and unseen worlds, receiving heavenly grace, gnosis and spiritual insight, as well as an embodied experience of other transient physical, psychological and emotional phenomena – the mysterious workings of The Divine Mother continuously inviting deeper purification, integration and connection to The Truth of All That There Is.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology, and currently working as a therapist with over 8 years of experience, Sarah provides containment and explorative sanctuary for those on the path of awakening and energetic transformation. Building off of her own experiences and those of her diverse client base, Sarah’s dynamic offerings combine therapeutic modalities such as Somatic Movement, IFS, Spiritual Inquiry, Inner Child Work, Reiki, Yoga and Meditation. Drawing from the Vedantic/Non-Dual teachings of The East, her approach is grounded in connection to her European ancestry, rooted in Shamanism and Animism, calling forth the Wise Women and Seers who have gone before her, honouring the interconnected ways spirituality shows up throughout cultures across the globe.
Sarah has been inspired and guided by many on her journey, including Eckhart Tolle, David Icke, Craig Holliday, Bill Hicks, Rio Reiser, Sophie Scholl, Igor Kufayev and Terrence Mckenna. Sarah has a profound relationship with her husband Ollie, also a Kundalini Initiate and a source of great knowledge and support, both in her work and on her spiritual path. They currently live together in The Republic of Ireland.
